Letter of Intent or Intent to Offer

What is a Letter of Intent or Intent to Offer?

A Letter of Intent (LOI) or Intent to Offer is a formal document issued by an organization to a candidate, indicating the organization's intent to offer employment upon the successful completion of specific requirements or conditions. This document serves as a preliminary agreement and demonstrates the organization's serious commitment to the candidate's potential future employment.

Our Commitment:

Once candidates join us and spend at least 100 hours in our program, we will provide a Letter of Intent or Intent to Offer. This document will outline our intent to offer a formal job position upon the successful completion of the program. The issuance of this letter signifies our commitment to not only helping candidates secure a job but also to building a long-term career path for them.

Industry Standards:

  • Preliminary Agreement: The Letter of Intent is not a final job offer but a preliminary agreement indicating the organization's intention to offer employment.
  • Conditions: It outlines specific conditions that the candidate must meet, such as completing a certain number of hours or demonstrating particular skills.
  • Serious Commitment: It serves as a sign of serious commitment from the organization, reassuring candidates of their potential future with the company.
  • Career Development: It emphasizes the organization's dedication to the candidate's career development, beyond just securing a job.

By providing a Letter of Intent after 100 hours, we aim to build trust and demonstrate our serious commitment to supporting candidates in their career journey.

Purpose of the Rs. 5 Fee

Why We Collect Rs. 5 To ensure the commitment and seriousness of candidates towards the program, we have introduced a nominal fee of Rs. 5. This small amount acts as a filter to differentiate genuine applicants from casual or spam entries. By requiring this payment, we aim to:

  • Verify Candidate Authenticity: Ensuring that applicants are real individuals, as the payment is processed through their verified bank accounts.
  • Gauge Commitment: Candidates who are willing to pay the fee demonstrate a conscious commitment to participate actively in the program.
  • Prevent Spam: Minimizing spam entries and ensuring that only serious candidates proceed with the enrollment.

Please note that the Rs. 5 fee is non-refundable and serves solely to streamline the enrollment process and maintain the program's integrity.

Important Disclaimer: Paying Rs. 5 online does not mean that candidates are selected for the program. The Rs. 5 fee is an application fee to be part of the screening process of the program. Candidate selection is purely dependent on the interview process. Paying Rs. 5 does not qualify a candidate as shortlisted for the program.

Termination Clause

Termination Policy: Candidates who fail to follow the mandatory processes, including but not limited to daily status reports, weekly and monthly timesheets, mandatory work efforts, and advance reporting of availability, will be subject to termination from the program.
