Please note the following important points about our internship program:

1. No Job Guarantee: Participation in our internship program does not guarantee employment with Renewin, any of our clients, or associate companies. Securing a job post-internship is solely dependent on the individual's skills, performance during the internship, and the specific hiring procedures of the hiring company.

2. Skill-based Hiring: The hiring process for any position, whether within our organization or our clients/associates, is based on merit and specific job requirements. We do not influence or guarantee the outcome of any hiring decisions made by these entities.

3. Student Responsibility for Software and Hardware: Participants are required to arrange their own software, hardware, and equipment necessary for the internship, including laptops and any specialized tools. Renewin does not provide software licenses, laptops, or any hardware equipment to participants. This policy helps prevent licensing issues, piracy concerns, and additional hardware costs.

4. Training Materials: Training materials required for technical and management training, including textbooks, online resources, and specialized software tools beyond what is provided by Renewin, are the responsibility of the participants. Any additional costs associated with acquiring these materials are not covered by the internship program.

5. No Additional Costs Included: Our internship program does not charge any additional costs beyond what is specified in the program details. If students opt for additional services such as upgraded training packages or specialized courses beyond the enrolled internship program, separate fees will apply. These additional services are subject to separate pricing and availability.

6. Payment Terms: Payments for our internship program are non-refundable once the enrolled course starts or after 7 days from the date of payment. Refund requests made within 7 days of payment must meet specific conditions outlined in our refund policy, which can be provided upon request.

7. Course Changes: Renewin reserves the right to make changes to the internship program structure, curriculum, or schedule as deemed necessary. Participants will be notified of any such changes in a timely manner.

8. Confidentiality: Participants may be exposed to confidential information during the internship. They are required to maintain confidentiality and adhere to all confidentiality agreements during and after the internship period.

9. Code of Conduct: Participants are expected to adhere to professional standards and codes of conduct during their internship. Any misconduct may result in termination of the internship.

10. Liability: Renewin is not liable for any damages, losses, or injuries incurred during the internship program, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, or financial loss.

11. Intellectual Property: Any intellectual property developed during the internship remains the property of Renewin or its clients/associates, as applicable. Participants may not use, disclose, or reproduce such intellectual property without explicit permission.

12. Health and Safety: Participants are responsible for their own health and safety during the internship. Renewin will provide guidelines and protocols, but participants must adhere to them and take necessary precautions.

13. Termination: Renewin reserves the right to terminate the internship of any participant at its discretion, without prior notice, for reasons including but not limited to misconduct, breach of terms, or failure to meet performance standards.

14. Indemnification: Participants agree to indemnify and hold harmless Renewin, its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from their participation in the internship program.

15. Data Protection: Renewin complies with data protection laws and regulations. Participants' personal data will be collected, processed, and used in accordance with our privacy policy.

16. Governing Law: This disclaimer and the internship program are governed by the laws of Bengaluru Jurisdiction. Any disputes arising from or related to the internship program shall be resolved in Bengaluru Jurisdiction courts.
